- Select Prime Membership
- Click Manage Membership
- Select End Membership and Benefits
- Decline the retention offers to reach the final cancellation confirmation
Refund policy
If you haven't used any Prime benefits since your last charge, you're eligible for a full refund. If you paid annually and used it for only part of the year, you'll often get a prorated refund for the unused months. If you're on a monthly plan and already used a benefit that period, no refund applies.
