- Log in at disneyplus.com and go to your account
- Select Subscription management
- Select Cancel (a pause offer may appear first)
- Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation

Pause option
Supported — you can pause instead of cancelling; it takes effect on the first day of your next billing period. If you're on a bundle (Disney+/Hulu/etc.), pausing affects the whole bundle.
Before you cancel
If you're on a bundle (Hulu, ESPN+, etc.), you can't cancel Disney+ alone — the whole bundle cancels together. To keep individual services, cancel the bundle and resubscribe to just the ones you want.
You may be offered a pause instead of full cancellation. If you subscribed through a third party (Verizon, cable provider, HBO Max, etc.), you must cancel there, not on the Disney+ site.
Where you cancel depends on your signup path (direct / carrier / another streaming bundle), so check that first.
