- Log in at doordash.com and click your profile icon
- Go to Manage DashPass
- Select Pause or Cancel Membership
- Choose a reason and confirm

Cancelling during a free trial ends benefits immediately. Cancelling after a charge lets you keep benefits until the end of that billing period, generally with no separate refund.

Before you cancel
Free delivery and reduced service fees end at the close of your billing period. If you also have a third-party bundle (like Max/HBO) through DashPass, that ends too when DashPass ends, and you may get a prorated refund for the unused portion.
Cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. If you're also using a bundled streaming subscription (like Max) through DashPass, check how cancelling DashPass affects it.
