How to cancel Hulu

- Log in at hulu.com (cancellation is only available via web browser — not the mobile app)
- Click your profile icon, then Account
- In the Subscription section, select Cancel
- Choose a reason and confirm the final cancellation
Refund policy
Refunds aren't automatic; you keep access until the end of your billing period. Support may review refunds for recent signups (e.g. within the first 30 days) on a case-by-case basis.

Supported — you can pause for up to about 12 weeks for free; billing resumes automatically when the pause ends.
Before you cancel
If you're on the Disney Bundle (Disney+, ESPN+), you can't cancel Hulu alone — the whole bundle ends together. Your profile and watch history are reportedly kept for about 2 years.
Consider the 12-week free pause before cancelling entirely. A common point of confusion is that cancellation is only available on desktop web, not in the mobile app.
