How to cancel MasterClass

- Log in at masterclass.com and click your profile icon
- Go to Account Settings
- Under Membership, click Manage Membership
- Select Cancel Membership, enter a reason, and confirm
Refund policy
Full refund if you signed up directly on masterclass.com and cancel within 30 days of your first purchase. After 30 days, no partial refund — you keep access for the period already paid (a full year, for annual plans). If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, Apple's refund policy applies instead of MasterClass's own.

Before you cancel
Access to all class content ends at the close of your billing period (the 1-year mark, for annual plans).
Because it's billed annually, one payment effectively works like a 1-year commitment — if you miss the 30-day refund window, there's no partial refund and you'll need to wait out the term. That 30-day guarantee only applies to direct website signups, not app store purchases.
Since it's an annual billing structure, 'cancelling' and 'getting refunded' are separate things — after 30 days you simply wait for expiration with no refund.
