Downloaded content becomes unplayable, and account info is retained only for a limited period.
If you purchased an ad-free upgrade through a third-party partnership (like DoorDash DashPass), check both Max's own cancellation and the partner service's, since charges won't fully stop until both are handled.
There's no cancel option inside the mobile app — you need the website or app store settings.
