How to cancel PlayStation Plus

- Go to my.playstation.com and log in (works on PC or mobile browser)
- Go to Account Management, then Subscriptions
- Select PlayStation Plus, then turn off auto-renew or cancel
Refund policy
A partial refund may be available if you cancel within 14 days and have barely used the service. Otherwise you keep access until the end of the billing period with no separate refund.

Before you cancel
Online multiplayer, monthly free games, and cloud storage benefits end. Games claimed through PS Plus stay in your library but can't be played until you resubscribe.
Confirm your payment method (direct / Apple / Google) and cancel in the matching location. Removing a payment method is not the same as cancelling — always use the actual 'cancel subscription' option.
PS4 and PS5 have slightly different menu paths, so check which console you're on.
