How to cancel Spotify Premium

- Log in at spotify.com/account
- Go to your subscription plan management page
- Select Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts
- If you subscribed via Apple, Google, or a carrier, you must cancel through that platform instead
Refund policy
A full refund is available if you cancel within 14 days of your first purchase, or within 7 days of any later payment, without having used the service. Otherwise Premium stays active until the end of the billing period with no prorated refund.

Before you cancel
Your account and saved playlists stay intact and switch to the ad-supported Free tier — you lose offline downloads and ad-free listening.
You may be offered a different plan (Duo, Family, etc.) during cancellation. If price is the issue, note that resubscribing later won't preserve your old price.
Where you cancel depends on how you signed up (web, Apple, Google, or carrier), so confirm your billing method first.
